Last week of School by Chinedu

Ah… yes, the last week of school. When most students; don’t have to do much except the 8th graders. The high school students had their exams. Well the first two days of school, we had our normal classes and watched movies, had snacks it was fun. In the dorm we had fun too, with no study hall except for 8th graders because of their exams. The important thing we did in the dorm; we had to do is to pack our belongings.
On Wednesday was our Middle School and Elementary School trip to Ever land. Ever land was near Seoul, so we took the school bus every grade in Middle School had their bus and I think also was the elementary. It was only grade 4 and 5 in our bus, off we went to Seoul, I started to sleep, and so when I get there I would not be tired (that was what my mum told me when we went to Disney land). Everyone was in groups of six and had a guardian. The principal bought our ticket from our money that we gave earlier. It was only a paper band for our hand. We entered Ever land and had to be back by two twenty, I had fun for four hours with my group, we went on two rides, one called the T-express and the Circling Hurricane, the T-express was a roller coaster and the Circling Hurricane was a ride that went up and down and around, then we ate lunch. We ate in Burger King and I ate burger and chips and drank Fanta. After my group left with out me, because I was still playing, so after I ate I went looking for them. But anyway it was almost two o’clock and I had to start heading for the bus, as I was going there I found a place were there were games, I had to be smart enough that my group must have been heading to the bus. I thought one person in my group might have gone there because he was good at games. But when I got there, they weren’t there, but I met David and William who were my classmates. They played games and I played too, but only one. After, I followed them into the candy shop and they bought lots of candy and we went out and waited outside until everyone came, I saw my group and they said they were sorry. Everyone went back into the bus and then we headed back to our school in Taejon. I was asleep because 6th graders were going on a picnic right after we came off the bus. We came off the bus and our teacher Mr. McDonnell who was a math and science teacher said that we were leaving by four forty five and we waited until that time. But he wasn’t there; we saw him and we left by five thirty. It took us one hour to reach where we were going by city bus. Every 6th grader left the bus and was heading to the place where the picnic was held. The place had a soccer field and a basketball street court and also places to exercise. First we ate then played all we wanted, we played Cops and Robbers and then Mr. McDonnell came and said that we had to be leaving in fifteen minutes, I looked at the time and we stayed only an hour. So we packed the left over food and threw away the trash. We headed to the bus stop and waited for the bus to come and when the bus came we entered and headed back to our school. Some day students left at some bus stops and some stayed until we reached our school. It was dark, and everyone went home or to Adam’s dorm.

It was a sunny afternoon and my family was ready to go to the Spring Festival. My dad came with a blue shirt on and took us (without the car) a soccer field, where the festival was. Then we went to a bigger soccer field where mostly everyone was, my brother kachi started crying and my parents told me to take him to the bouncing Titanic and Zoo. So I took him there and removed his shoes, first he was scared and then we came off. We put on our shoes and went to play soccer, it was much better for him. After there wasn’t anything to do, so I took Kachi again to the bouncing Zoo and this time he agreed to play and play and play. I was with him until my dad came with the twins and told me that Kachi and I had to go and eat dinner Kachi didn’t want to come, so I went to get food to eat. When I came back, my dad told me to say with my twin brothers, while he got his own food. Then stayed until my dad came. We both sat near the pushchair, then my mum and uncle Razac came and we ate together. When we finished we released the twins to get their energy back. So dad and I followed each on of them.
Then an announcement came that there was going to be a game. So we went up (the twins were in the pushchair) to the big soccer field and watch all the games. At that time Shawn and Kachi were out while Joel was in the pushchair, we ate popcorn and drank Pepsi. Then the awards came and uncle Razac won a prize! He was in the last game. When we saw the award and everything we went on uncle Razac’s car and he drove the whole of my family home to our house.

It was morning and we all woke up. After that we did what we usually always do (I hope you haven’t forgotten). Then we went across the bridge to Itaewon, down near the bank and parked in the parking lot. I noticed that we were going on a cruise. We got out of the car and went down on this medium steep step (I was carrying Joel). We went down and got our ticket in the lunch bar (I suppose), we were leaving by three forty five, and well we had a lot of time. So we let Joel and Shawn walk freely. While me and my dad followed each of them behind. The time came and my dad followed each one behind. The time came and we went outside (it was raining), with everyone who came with us at the same time. The boat had two floors; we went up and found a seat. When everyone was ready there was an announcement that we were going on a cruise for an hour and there is going to be a stop. So the boat started moving we saw different bridges and why they were built. We stopped and saw some more bridges. The boat turned back to the lunch bar, entered our car and went to eat dinner at our favorite restaurant. We crossed the bridge and entered Seoul. We headed for our hotel and did what we usually do.

It was morning and everyone woke up, we usually did what we do, except that everyone was packing. We were leaving the hotel today and everyone was packing was the same way we did has we left our apartment in Ulsan. When we finished packing, we all went to the reception room and gave the card to the service helper. They took the card and we went down, into our car (with the luggage that my dad already packed, while we were packing). My dad drove us to a church and we met one of my dads friend. He took us to the church and told us to have a seat. A nice man took our coats and hanged them carefully. As we sat, everyone started singing, the pastor preached, we did offering and then church was over. As we got into our car. We told everyone in Itaewon and Seoul goodbye, and then we headed for the gate of Seoul. Then we were on our way to our home in Ulsan

It was morning I woke up and we did what we usually did. We all went to Yongsam electronics market and stopped at a parking lot. Mum, dad, and kachi left. They told me that I had to look after Joel and Shawn (asleep) while they were gone. So they went out (I don’t know where they went) and as soon has they disappeared, Shawn woke up. Both of Shawn and I started playing a game (which we don’t know), then Joel woke up and minded his own business. I remembered about their food, my mum told me about, so I gave them their food and they drank happily. When they have finished eating. My dad came and took the camera bag (I noticed that they went to a Cannon place. So as my dad disappear from sight, Shawn and I started playing the game again and Joel still minded his own business. Finally my parents and kachi came, they entered the car and we went to a camera photo shop. This time only my mum and dad went, because three of my brothers were sleeping (I looked after them). When my parent came, they came excitedly into the car and saying, “this last one was better” or “it’s always better in the end.” And I was like in my head saying, “whatever you say lets just go home.” We went back to the African Restaurant and ate dinner, after we went to Seoul, into our hotel and did what we usually do.

When everyone woke up, we did what we always usually did. We went to Itaewon (I was asleep when we reached there), we went through a market street with a car. When we found somewhere to park. We came out of the car and went into this big market place and we stayed there for thirty minutes, then mum went, after my dad asked me where was kachi? I said that he should be with mummy, my dad left and my mum came without kachi (I thought mummy and daddy met on the way, so Kachi went with dad). My mum said where is kachi and I said I thought he was with you (this is when I knew kachi was lost). My mum went to search for daddy, but daddy said he didn’t know (then I notice that kachi was really lost). Then dad and mum went to search for him, while I was with the twins. They found him in the police office. Mummy bought her golf bag and we all went out of the market and went to our favorite restaurant for dinner. Then we went to the mall on our back to our hotel, my mum bought a watch and perfume then we went back to the hotel and did what we usually do.

It was morning and we did what we usually do (wake up, shower, wear our clothes, ate breakfast, pack and into the car). We went to Itaewon and stopped near lots of shops, and we saw Uncle John and his friend. They got into the car, and then my mum went to “Burger King” to get us lunch (wait, we ate breakfast, came to Itaewon and ate lunch, there must be a mistake but I don’t remember). My dad was on the phone while we ate our lunch. When I finished my lunch, I went to sleep… when I woke up; I saw Uncle John and his friend. In fact they were in the front seat, (so which means my mum and dad and also went out to where?). I came to where kachi sat and asked Uncle John where my parents were and he said that they went to get something for the camera (mummy and her camera business). So when mum came back, she gave Shawn and Joel their food. Then mum went back and came back with dad and Kachi, they got into the car (uncle john and his friend came back to the back seats) and we went to Seoul. (We came out of the car and into our room) When we got in, my mum made white rice for Uncle John and his friend, dad, me, and for her (my dad talked with Uncle John and his friend while eating). When my dad went to drop Uncle John and his friend, I did what I usually do (shower, wear PJ, get blanket for Joel and Shawn and then sleep), except Shawn and Joel.
March 25, 2008
It was morning and we did what we usually do (referred on the page before this). This time mummy went to the bank in the hotel and they said that they had no service or they couldn’t help. One of the service helper took mummy and the family outside and directed only my mum to come with her (or was it mummy who told us not to come). After she went, my dad went on the phone and started talking and got into an argument. Mummy came back and told me that she needed to go to the Citibank. She saw dad talking on the phone and then we went to the car except for my dad. As we got in the car, Shawn or Joel started crying (I think it was Joel). My mum carried Joel to daddy, while Shawn, kachi and I were in the car. Daddy came back with Joel and mum behind him. We all got into the car and went to the Citibank (let just skip the parking and when mum went in and came out). Then dad drove us to a building where there was Cannon Company (but that didn’t work). So we went to a KT building (I am not sure about the building’s name), but that didn’t work. So we went to eat dinner in the “Happy Home Restaurant” in Itaewon. When we finished, we went to our hotel in Seoul and did what we usually did (referred on the page before this).
